An interesting question. I don't see any way to do it, but I wonder if you uninstall and then re install if you will get the language option? That is just a wild guess. Afaik international versions of AC use different licence keys. So, I think you will need to contact the support. Also international versions of AC are much interlocked with the languages.
Not only the GUI but also the database files, some registry paths and folder names vary between the versions. I didn't acdsee pro 10 language change free of that.
