We are a member of Microsoft IT Academy and we receive free lab software with our membership. I installed our copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus on a computer running Windows 7 Enterprise which also is part of our free lab software.

After installing Office I opened Word using the "Run as administrator" option. I clicked on "Change Product Key" and entered our product key emailed to us from Microsoft. Everything seemed to work fine. I followed the steps and click the "Install Now" button and it configured the installation. It said to Exit all office programs to complete the process.

I did this and opened Word back up and went back to Help and this is what I saw. I'm confused why it displays Product Activated micorsoft Product Activation Required at the same time see screenshot below. Can someone help with this?
