I would very much like to use Windows 10, but only when the sound issue has been resolved. All I can figure is that there has been an unintentional change in the code stream, which in turn is creating the issue.

In reply to TomDads's post on August 14, Drifers for your addition to problem solving. I have done lots of clean installs during Widows 10 Preview process and for my current Windows 10 Home version. Next, I find my pc mfg latest driver update will come later through Settings-Windows Update to replace it. Until this post I thought that only way to get Microsoft HD drivers was to dribers all drivers until it appears.

I fixed it by updating the driver for " soundvideo game controllers" in the device manager. This fixed the problem. Hope this works for everybody. I am in the same position here. I already paid for the product, if it stops working they should be held responsible for at least fixing it.
