I would just pull the encoders off the motors. Pull the control boards, drives and power supply boards. Everything else is more hassle than it's worth. Old Fanuc parts really aren't that valuable. The spindle drive is worth a few hundred either whole or just the top board. Each encoder is worth a hundred or two. The rest almost never has a problem so it's hard to even justify listing it all on Ebay.
