Step into the dirt flecked shoes of former outlaw biker Deacon St. John, a bounty hunter trying to find a reason to live in a land surrounded by death. Scavenge through abandoned settlements for equipment to craft valuable items and weapons, or take your chances with other survivors trying to eke out a living through fair trade… or more violent means.

Explore a variety of mountains, caves, mines and small rural towns, scarred by millions of years of volcanic activity. John searches for hope after suffering a deep, personal loss. Days Gone arrives on PC with a very good adaptation that tick most of the boxes a good port needs. There are no new features or content but, if you missed it on PS4, you have now a better way to discover this title. The port has no major issues, hence providing a remarkable adventure with Deacon at the helm.

Whether you have a PC fully prepared for top performance or a more modest one, the fact remains that the Days Gone port is a pretty recommendable experience. The definitive way to play Days Gone—regardless of the issues that come with the game. It has no substance, but goddamn is it nice just to relax and follow along with the story and its hypnotizing gameplay loops. There are definitely better games out there, but without a doubt, Days Gone is a perfectly entertaining title to waste a week in.

Het Nieuwsblad. Bigger is better. It might suit a bag of chips - Lay's salt and pepper, please - but not a computer game. Or at least not for Days Gone for PC, which combines the same large open world of the PS4 game with an overwhelming number of missions.

Do we think Days Gone is a bad game? No, absolutely not. But to go back to the comparison with potato chips - one of our areas of expertise next to computer games - the bag is big, the content is weak.

User Reviews. Write a Review. Positive: out of Mixed: 23 out of Negative: 16 out of PC version of Days Gone is almost perfect.

I'm glad this game can finally shine as it was meant to shine already in Absolutely top notch AAA game. It has its own strong personality, great performances, very mature take on relationships, and rivals Last of Us Absolutely top notch AAA game. It has its own strong personality, great performances, very mature take on relationships, and rivals Last of Us narrative levels.

The gameplay is better than in last of us, having more complex RPG elements, more weapons and items. Overall the world itself is a sight to behold and on PC it looks beautiful in HDR at 4K and with top cards playing with xt it is a fantastic experience. It takes a while to get you hooked, but once you start uncovering the world and its intricacies, and particularly the story, you want to see it all the way to the end asap.

I'm a critical guy and do not easily say this, but my highest recommendations! Buy and play this now. Very good!!!! PC gaming is awesome. Spectacular graphics and fluidity. I hope they will do the following days gone 2. I've never expected to become as ivensted in the game as I did in the end.
