Using BIMcollab will additionally allow you to add area information, milestones, and deadlines as well as implement a formal approval process. I would be happy fdee doing it in Navisworks instead, but as soon as I translate any object it disappears and regenerates at the origin, even after I save the NWF as a NWD.
